If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 3 to 5 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues. In case of damaged or different product is delivered, the customer needs to inform the same to our Support channel via email within 24 hours of delivery. Post that no request will be entertained. Customer need to share an unboxing video as well to get the claim for damaged or defective product. Please note for Apple, Bose, Fossil, Jabra, JBL, OnePlus, Samsung, Skullcandy, Marshall, Sennheiser & Sony Branded Products Customer needs to carry-in the product to respective brand service center to claim Warranty in case of Defective Products *The reason for having brand-replacement policy for defective product is that most brands provide sealed pack unit as replacement for defective devices, thus entitling you to a brand new product at the price of an unboxed one.
