Returns accepted in case of Damaged/Defective/Different Item Delivered

For Damaged/Defective items received the return option is limited to Replacement only

If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 3 to 5 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues.

In case of damaged or different product is delivered, the customer needs to inform the same to our Support channel via email within 24 hours of delivery. Post that no request will be entertained. Customer need to share an unboxing video as well to get the claim for damaged or defective product.

Please note for Apple, Bose, Fossil, Jabra, JBL, OnePlus, Samsung, Skullcandy, Marshall, Sennheiser & Sony Branded Products Customer needs to carry-in the product to respective brand service center to claim Warranty in case of Defective Products

*The reason for having brand-replacement policy for defective product is that most brands provide sealed pack unit as replacement for defective devices, thus entitling you to a brand new product at the price of an unboxed one. Please note getting a sealed pack product is not a sure shot thing & it depends on particular brand policies.

GENERAL RULES FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN

  1. To be eligible for a replacement/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories. The customer needs to submit an unboxing video of the package in order for return reason cross-verification for damaged/different product delivered.
  2. Return Window will start once the product is delivered to you.
  3. The Item will be picked up by our courier partner Blue Dart/Delivery/DTDC etc. from customer’s premises. 
  4. Replacement/Refund of the product will be initiated once the return package reaches our warehouse, and the quality check is completed in order to verify the product and it’s contents. Please Note, That if any discrepancy is found in the returned product/accessories (as per our T&C’s) then you would not be eligible for a refund.

In case of refund the amount will be credited back to your original payment method in 7 business days.
